1. Shipping

We are not responsible for paying any associated customs/import fees for orders sent to our customers for all available postage methods.

 

2. Packaging

Despite the orders being packaged to the best of our abilities and postal carriers being reliable almost always, there will always be conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for packages stolen, lost or damaged. 

 

3. Pre-Order

If your order includes a pre-ordered item, then all items on the order will be combined and shipped together. 

 

4. Cancellation

We do not allow for cancelling and returing any orders. 

 

5. Distro

We are not responsible for the quality of items that were not manufactured by us.
